During the event, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Provide all required personal information with maximum precision, such as: Resume / Curriculum Vitae.
Photocopy of the main page of the passport, to verify data.
Press photographs: two of the face, two in a bathing suit, two in casual clothing and two in evening dress. In JPEG 300 dpi format.
The registration form duly completed.
Behave in a respectful and appropriate manner with the other candidates, the members of the jury, the press and all employees involved in the organization of the event.
Have appropriate, disciplined, dignified and responsible behavior. Not be involved (past, present or future) in any scandal of a sexual nature.
Comply at all times during the contest period with the official events and functions of the organization.
If for some reason you cannot, you must not leave the hotel without permission from the organization.
Strictly comply with the schedule set in the program. Non-compliance will subtract points from the final grade.
Be present and cooperate in all activities and practices, with punctuality and respect towards all candidates and instructors.
Have a good stage development and a good performance in all activities.
Sleep in the hotel that is assigned to you.
Be available to the organization and the jury.
Grant permission for photographs or audiovisual productions to be used for the promotion of the event or sponsors.
Avoid being photographed topless or in skimpy clothing.
Avoid being photographed with brands and trade names that are not authorized or involved, by or with the organization.
Do not have any other commitments during the duration of the contest.

Other requirements

Excess charges at hotels such as: long distance or local calls, bar, etc.
Cover their own expenses if they arrive before or return after the date established by the organization.
Extra nights at the hotel and transfer to the airport, on later dates, are the responsibility of the candidate.
Refrain from drinking alcoholic beverages (unless it is a cocktail or toast invited by a sponsoring venue and always in the presence of the production), refrain from smoking and using the cell phone during scheduled events.
Refrain from asking the opinion of the members of the jury or the organizers on the evaluation of the same, either by themselves or their companions.
Accept the decision of the judges, which is definitive and final.
Verify the payment of the franchise by the national director to ensure their participation in the contest.
Said payment of the franchise will be made in installments which will be made via bank transfer, the cost of these shipments is the responsibility of the franchisor.
Medical Insurance:
Each representative must bring medical insurance to cover their stay in Panama.
The Miss Latin America Organization will only cover basic medications and transportation to a medical center, if required.
